Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent/guardian to use our Services.

  • By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Online Orders and Custom Work

  • Measurements: All wallpaper designs are printed to order, so please double-check your measurements. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate wall measurements. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Colors: Please note that colors may vary slightly from on-screen images due to differences in monitors and printing processes. Samples of all designs are available upon request.

  • Custom Orders: Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, dimensions, and colors before approval.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the print-to-order nature of our wallpaper, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 1 day of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Installation

  • Our wallpapers may be self-installed or installed by a professional. We recommend using a qualified installer.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused during installation, removal, or wall preparation.

Intellectual Property

  • All wallpaper designs, artwork, logos, and content are the property of Mothpaper.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
